Delta Goodrem
Here's one for my Australian readers.
Delta Goodrem is turning 25 today but it seems like she's lived a lifetime. She's been doing commercials since she was a child and recorded her first demo at age 13. In 2002 she began playing the character Nina Tucker on Neighbors and in the next year she had top ten hits on the Australian charts.
In 2003 she Goodrem was diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma and went through treatment including chemotherapy and radiation.
She's since had number one hits on the Australian charts in 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2007 as well as breaking records for being the highest selling Australian artist for three of the last five years.

Delta Goodrem has now joined the ranks of Paris Hilton and Kim Kardashian - famous only for being famous. She has no singing talent, that's now confirmed.
